We have a particular specialism in transport research. Having conducted over 200
projects on a host of transport and tourism brands. These include Northern, Merseyrail,
First Group, East Coast, Abellio Greater Anglia, National Express, Virgin, South
West Trains, DLR and Visit Wales.
Regular surveys include brand tracking, OCE mystery shopping, media research, stakeholder
research, station and service development studies, travel behaviour and recently
we have been evaluating Northern’s pioneering Ambassador Scheme, which aims to improve
accessibility to public transport among BME and socially excluded groups in the North
We utilise a wide variety of techniques in undertaking these projects including observation,
snatch and grab interviews, iPad fieldwork, online surveys, in depth interviews,
focus groups, face to face and CATI.
