Recently we have been involved in a number of projects conducted for health related
and charitable organisations. These have required a particularly well thought out
and sensitive approach. Service users, supporters and staff have been included in
the research exercises. The topics have been varied: staff engagement, vision and
values, service evaluations, stakeholder relations, donor development, segmentation
and communications studies.
In a number of these studies we have been able to take the findings a little further
and have made successful suggestions for the branding of programmes and creative
Organisations that we have worked for include: Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership
Trust, University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust, Scott Nutrition and working
as an associate with Healthfocus on British Heart Foundation projects and with People
Tree on Practical Action and Macmillan Cancer Support.
We always enjoy working with our fast paced FMCG clients and have been lucky enough
to explore a delicious array of products including coffee, crisps, peppers, chocolate,
wine, whisky, tomatoes, beer, snacks, curry, pastries, bread, deli’s, supermarkets,
mushrooms, soft drinks and custard!
